Board Meetings

          The Board of Directors meet the last Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Wedgewood Tennis Villas Clubhouse Boardroom located at 1401 Forest Hills Drive, Winter Springs, Florida.  Meeting signs are posted at the exit of Eagle’s Watch and Howell Creek Reserve prior to each meeting. 

Architectural Review Board

          The Architectural Review Board meets periodically before the monthly Board meetings on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Wedgewood Tennis Villas Clubhouse Boardroom located at 1401 Forest Hills Drive, Winter Springs, Florida.  Meeting signs are posted at the exit of Eagle’s Watch and Howell Creek Reserve prior to each meeting. 

          If for any reason, a meeting must be re-scheduled, the meeting signs are posted at the exit of Eagle’s Watch and Howell Creek Reserve to announce the change.
