 President's Message

 

Welcome to the Howell Creek Reserve Community Association, Inc., web site.  The Howell Creek Reserve Community Association is the master homeowner’s association for the Howell Creek Reserve and Eagles Watch subdivisions located in Winter Springs, Florida.   

Our gated communities are located in the Tuscawilla planned unit development.  Tuscawilla is comprised of over 10,000 people and is one of the largest residential developments in Seminole County.  This development represents a third of the population of the City of Winter Springs.   

Within our gated community, we are fortunate to have amenities such as the community swimming pool, cabana, basketball court and playground.  As a gated community, we also own the roads, streetlights, ponds and conservation property.  We have an extensive budget and the Board of Directors works closely with our Management Company, Vista Community Association Management, to maintain the common area properties and front yards of Eagles Watch with cost efficient and effective management strategies.  We are most fortunate to not only live in a community that has an attractive appearance, but most importantly it includes great neighbors!   You will find that even though we have 263 homes, the development has the feel of a small, caring and friendly neighborhood. 

As a deed restricted community, we have three documents located on the web site to familiarize you with the management of our homeowner’s association.  They are: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Easements and Restrictions.  If you have any questions regarding our community, please contact our property manager, Diana McCreight, at Vista Community Association Management (407-682-3443, Ext. 231).
